I had the pleasure of staying at Cristallo - Wellness Mountain Living in Badia, South Tyrol during a recent business trip. My director chose this hotel for our stay, and I must say, it was a fantastic choice.

Upon arrival, we were unpleasantly surprised by the smaller size of the room compared to the advertised 30 sqm, probably around 20 sqm.

The service here is excellent, and the breakfast is nice; we had a great experience and would recommend it.

We loved our stay here! The location in the mountains was perfect, and we were only a 3-minute drive away from the ski lifts, making it very convenient for skiing. The service at this hotel was exceptional, from the friendly reception desk staff to the waiters in the restaurant. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until our check-out. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini-bar, sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable from start to finish. The cleanliness was top notch, with every area of the hotel being well-maintained. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the location was great and offered easy transportation to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, as it was a few kilometers away from the town, but it was quiet and peaceful. the rooms were comfortable, with enough space for belongings, and the bathrooms were clean and modern. the service was friendly, and the breakfast was tasty and filling.

The gym was not up to par, with outdated equipment and no windows for fresh air.

The hotel was nicely designed with a beautiful spa area. It had two different sides with stunning views of the surrounding area. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were also lovely. The best thing about the hotel was the proximity to the attractions, making it easy to visit all the places in the area. They also had a convenient underground parking structure to keep your car warm during the winter months.

The rooms were quite average, with nothing too special about them. The staff could have been friendlier as they seemed a bit cold and unapproachable.

pool hours for teenagers could be extended

During my Easter stay, I had a great time experiencing the local cuisine and hiking trails in the area. the hotel offered amazing afternoon snacks and soft bath robes to enjoy after a long day out. the pool was also a highlight of the trip, perfect for kids and adults alike.

The spotty wifi throughout the hotel and the non-existent wifi in the rooms was a bit of an annoyance. the location was quite far from the main attractions and required a bit of coordination to get to.
